Shepherding God's Flock

Psalm 100:3 says, "Know that the LORD, He is God; It is He who has made us, and not we ourselves; We are His people and the sheep of His pasture." In the New Testament, the church is the Lord’s flock, and He calls qualified men to shepherd and guide each local congregation.
