  • The World Is Your Skin - Familiarity For Fear & Overwhelm
    Mar 22 2026

This is a 9-minute talk about how we hallucinate our separation from the world, which causes an immense amount of fear and sorrow, and then a 4-minute lyrical poem that reminds us that every experience is a deeply intimate and familiar experience of ourselves. Through inquiry, nature, and lyrical transmission, we dissolve the borders of skin to find a reality that is intimate and safe. Stop the "white-knuckled reach" for control; you are the relationship in which life occurs.

Thank you for your listens and shares. I'm excited to hear about your experience with this more rhythmic poem. Your presence allows me to hand-gather soundscapes where I can - and create these meaningful touch points for myself and others, so thank you, with all my heart, for being here.

  • The Body Collides - A Poem For Uncertainty
    Mar 15 2026

I woke this morning and felt that familiar pull down the 'dark, dank well' of thought. It's a place I know, a place that has no surprises. But then I looked outside and realized I had never been this exact age before, nor had the magpie ever sat on that exact branch - the raindrops had never slid down the window panes in those exact patterns - and everything was waiting to surprise and delight me. Uncertainty is something we are capable of - our body collides with the Reality (which really means it recognises its own nature in all things) in a deeply comforting way, grounding and whole. I hope this brings some peace to your morning today, and thank you for being here. Love Sez

  • A Prayer For The Ordinary - A Poem In Praise Of The Mundane
    Mar 8 2026

How do we fall in love with the unextraordinary?
By remembering that it is already exquisite in its plainest form. We have been created at the perfect distance—not so close that there is nothing, not so far that there is nothing—to experience life as something quietly remarkable. This remembering alone can turn every meeting with the ordinary into a spiritual one.

May we be willing to be touched by the smallest points of contact today—birdsong, an unexpected smile, a hand in ours—and let them guide us back home to who we really are: the loving, formless capacity through which all forms are known.

    Have a wonderful week,
    Sez

  • The Holding - A Poem About Our Interdependent Nature
    Mar 4 2026

(Please note that these poems and meditations are released 3 weeks after they have been published on Insight Timer Premium. To receive them quicker, you are welcome to listen there. Thanks so much for being here!)

This is a short poetic reflection that reminds us that we cannot lift one thing in the forest without it being attached to everything else. When there is simply 'the holding' that remains (rather than the 10 thousand things) without a name, without a story, and without identification with a thought, we might quietly get a peek into our self-less, interconnected natures. I hope this meets you where you are, as you - as we all are. Much love, Sez

  • Safety Without Separation - The Wild Intimacy Of True Refuge
    Dec 16 2025

Imagine meeting your last breath, and feeling utterly, truly safe...

This meditation explores the difference between conceptual safety and the felt safety that arises when we stop separating ourselves from our emotions. It guides you out of the mind’s protective shelters and back into the raw, honest intelligence of the body, where fear, grief, and uncertainty can finally be met without resistance.

Through embodied inquiry, you learn to dissolve the imagined distance between “you” and your sensations, revealing that even anxiety and instability can become safe when fully felt. This practice helps you rediscover undivided presence as the only real refuge. It’s an invitation to return to the wild, grounded aliveness that has always held you — the safety of simply being here.

Thank you for being here with me and for exploring the deeper truths - without negating the body. I have lots of poetry to share with you in the new year, and I very much look forward to staying in touch.

  • The Oldest Home - Embodiment & Belonging
    Nov 13 2025

Many spiritual teachings show us that form is empty—but few guide us to see that emptiness itself is form, alive and breathing through the body. This meditation invites a full return: after glimpsing the formless, we come home to the body, where the subtle intelligence of life unfolds in sensation, breath, and movement. Here, emptiness and form are inseparable, and self-realization becomes an intimate, felt experience rather than a distant concept.

Using imagery of evolution, nature, and cosmic lineage, the meditation dissolves the sense of separation between observer and observed, revealing that your breath, sensations, and aliveness are inseparable from the intelligence of the whole. You are invited to rest fully in the present, release the mind’s narrative and the illusion of control, and allow your body to reveal the effortless unfolding of existence.

Thank you for supporting this work and for giving it a place in your heart, Love Sez

  • Daily Remembrances - The House Of Being
    Sep 17 2025

These daily remembrances are invitations to return to what has never left: your own aliveness. Each affirmation is a thread weaving you back into the house of being—the body, the breath, the quiet intelligence that holds everything as it is. Here, embodiment is not a goal or a perfect state; it’s the willingness to feel whatever is present, without a story. These words will remind you that presence is your safest refuge, that thought is only a window (not the world), and that wholeness is already here—even in discomfort, even in contradiction. They offer grounding in moments of overwhelm, gentle guidance through disconnection, and encouragement when old narratives resurface. This is a companion for those longing for stillness without escaping life, for those ready to trust the simple miracle of being. This audio was created as shorter reminders as part of The House of Being - True Embodiment meditation.

  • The House Of Being - True Embodiment
    Sep 10 2025

Step into the oldest home you will ever know—your body. This meditation invites you to leave outside the door everything you think embodiment means and enter the living presence of what already is. So often we believe we need to feel a certain way to be whole or fully alive, but true embodiment is simpler—and more accessible—than that. Here, we explore the house of being: a refuge that never moves from the present, even when thoughts pull us through its thought-windows into stories of past and future. Through stillness and imagination, you’ll rediscover that aliveness is not something to achieve but something you already are. This practice is for anyone who feels like they inhabit a half-lived life, disconnected, dissociated, and bereft of wholeness, as I have done for most of my life. I hope it offers you a way of relating to your thoughts so you have more access to the Divine - not in spite of the body but because of it! Much Love, Sez
