Senior Women in Restructuring: Reflections on an evolving path – Part 1

Our International Restructuring team recently welcomed three incredible female partners to our cohort, who each bring a wealth of expertise and a unique perspective to the firm. We invited them to join us on the podcast for a special two-part episode to discuss their experiences and views on diversity and inclusion within the restructuring marketplace, as well as consider what’s on the horizon for women working in the legal profession.
 
In part one, Roya Panahi, an associate in our London team, is joined by our new partners Sarah Letson, Pippa Hill and Trinh Hoang to explore the routes to leadership, specific hurdles for women, and changing attitudes in the profession.
