You are suffering, you know there is light at the end of the tunnel and every time you try to make changes to help yourself feel better something pulls you back. You fall deeper in the tunnel of darkness and feel so hopeless, eventually giving up.

I know exactly how you feel mama. Listen as I share with you what I came to realize in the past few days. I been talking about mindset, ego, past conditioning, limiting beliefs, self love etc but realized there is one crucial step I did before I shattered and true transformation took place, before I awoken spiritually.

I understand now everything I been talking about was not able to reach you because you are not in the right place energetically to receive it. Just like I wasn't in the right place energetically to receive my true calling and this realization. The one step signalling to the Universe you are ready to find your truth, knowing, to grow and awaken to you higher self.

Life reveals to you only what you are ready for. Today life revealed to me my true purpose on this earth. My soul's purpose has never been more clear. We may have a feeling what we need to do but for some reason cannot. I realized today it's not because we are not strong enough but because we are not ready. We need to reach a certain stage of awakening to truly own and connect with ourselves first before we can help others. It's a beautiful process!
