[ST] Pay raise, new CBD & vacay clubs

On The Morning Drive today, about 36,000 teachers and allied educators under the Ministry of Education Singapore will receive pay raises of 2% to 9% from Oct 1. Meanwhile, revised plans for Singapore’s second CBD move forward with the release of a Jurong white site, and across the region, Asian millennials are starting to rethink the appeal of vacation clubs.
