Another jaw dropping episode!

BLUF: No other podcast delivers this level of detailed information about America’s Secret War during Vietnam.
The heroism and bravery of our country’s SOG Green Berets is just beginning to be told. John Meyer is emerging as one of the newest podcast hosts that brings the true feel of the battlefield to listeners. These podcasts, which are essentially post mission debriefs, are being told with amazing accuracy just as they did in during the Vietnam war.

Amazing Historian

John Stryker Meyer’s willingness to share his and the men of SOG’s history is nothing short of essential to anyone who cares about history. People who take the time to listen or read his words will be forced to re-examine their thoughts of the Vietnam War. I consider myself a MAC V SOG addict and simply can’t hear enough of Tilt’s stories.

My two military idols in one podcast!!

I actually based most of my research for my military history courses on unconventional warfare on Mr. Plasters' and Mr. Meyers' books! You guys have such a vast knowledge and experience downrange that I feel that the youth today should sit back, shut up and listen when you guys have something to say! I went through a whole range of emotions reading about and also listening to your stories and experiences. Thank you very much for sharing and I hope to hear more. The debt of gratitude I feel for you gentlemen is beyond what I can convey in just a paragraph. Hopefully one day I will have an opportunity to speak with you both. I wish you the best!

the podcast is like my childhood with my grandpa

the amount of knowledge these men have, the good humor, the jokes, the memories, the accuracy of the stories and facts. excellent. this is like listening to my grandfather tell me stories about fighting the chinese at close quarters in korea. he has been dead over 10 years now. My favorite podcast. Long live Tilt!
