S4 E5: Building Community and Purpose with Heather Fleck, wife to PJ Fleck

Heather Fleck exudes a "can do" attitude and an easy manner with a fierce heart. Her collaborative spirit and desire to work for the good of others is inspiring and noteworthy. As a coach’s wife she is part of a dynamic duo next to her husband PJ. She is also mom, 2nd mom, and stand in mom for student athletes on the U of M Football team. Heather donates countless hours curating opportunities for RowtheBoat.org which supports the Ronald McDonald House and Masonic Children’s Hospital where she is also a board member. In this episode, we delve into her routines, her day to day schedule, and what life is really like as a "coach's wife". We discuss how to create purpose and build community, when you're a mom first, being a team player with your spouse or partner, and how to build dreams or create impact beyond yourself.
