In Lieu of this past Mental Health Awareness Month (this past May), my brother and I dive into what it's like living with depression and anxiety (after all, sometimes it takes a depressive person to identify another depressive person). We get into the obvious (and not so obvious) signs of depression and anxiety and not waiting on the right time to live; instead, seizing the moment --at the moment!
