S1-UP10: Schedule & Doja Cat

So far this week, we slowed down because we are readjusting a few thangs!

But heres a little something inspired by Doja Cat tweet. Many people agree to things, even things they would prefer not to do in order to avoid the discomfort of saying no. But saying ‘No’ is the most powerful word to provide you the opportunity to build a stress free ans meaningful life. So does next week so you can woosah a little bit, try this phrase: "Thanks, I’ll have to pass on that." (Then sit down and shut the f up!) Talk to you soon!
