S06E07: An Invitation to Love

A couple of years ago, I said Valentine’s Day was pointless. I didn’t see the need for one “special” day to celebrate love. But with time, I realized something deeper, sometimes we block love not because we don’t believe in it, but because we’re afraid of being disappointed.

In this episode, I talk about emotional walls, fear of expectations, and why we must stop robbing people of the opportunity to show us how much we mean to them. Love needs space. And sometimes, we have to learn how to receive it.
