I love the the pace, tone, and volume of her voice. I fell asleep before the ending. My body was able to relax and I woke up without the pain in my shoulder I went to bed with. I was able to stop thinking about the pain, all my zinging thoughts, and the tension in my body I didn't even know I was carrying. it was so nice to just go to sleep instead of laying awake. Also I found was able to get back to sleep faster when I woke up later in the night by thinking about what she was saying before I fell asleep.
