  • When Should I Stop Restoring Weight? And How Do I Eat “Normally” Again?
    Mar 31 2026

I'm back after a short maternity break!

In today’s episode, we’re getting into a question that brings up a lot of fear and confusion in recovery — when do I stop restoring weight… and how do I actually eat “normally” again?

If you’ve hit a point where things feel a bit more stable but also a bit uncertain, you’re not alone. Maybe part of you wants to hold on. Maybe part of you is scared of overshooting. Or maybe you’re just not sure what “normal” even looks like anymore.

In this episode, we’ll talk through why weight restoration isn’t a fixed number, how your body decides where it needs to be, and what shifting toward more flexible, normal eating actually involves. This isn’t about flipping a switch overnight. It’s about gradually building trust, consistency, and a relationship with food that doesn’t feel so controlled.

    We cover:

    • Why there’s no clear “finish line” for weight restoration
    • What “normal eating” actually looks like in real life
    • How to move from structure to flexibility without slipping back

Episodes will likely be fortnightly moving forwards as I transition into motherhood.

  • Is It Actually Possible to Love Your Body?
    Mar 3 2026

In today’s episode, we’re talking about a question that comes up all the time in recovery — is it actually possible to love your body?

Because if we’re honest, sometimes “body love” can feel unrealistic. Or forced. Or like something everyone else has figured out except you. If you’re in recovery and still having bad body image days, you might be wondering if you’re doing it wrong.

In this episode, we’ll unpack what body love really means (and what it doesn’t). We’ll talk about body neutrality, acceptance, and whether loving your body is even the goal — or if peace might be a better aim. I’ll share some honest reflections on how this evolves over time, and why you don’t have to feel amazing about your body to be fully recovered.

    We cover:

    • The difference between body love, body acceptance, and body neutrality
    • Why social media’s version of “loving your body” can feel unhelpful
    • What realistic, sustainable body peace can actually look like

  • How an Eating Disorder Steals Who You Are... And What Comes Back in Recovery
    Feb 24 2026

In today’s episode, we’re talking about something that can feel hard to put into words — how an eating disorder slowly steals parts of who you are. Your personality. Your spark. Your confidence. Your relationships. Sometimes even your sense of humour.

If you’ve ever looked back at old photos and thought, “I don’t feel like that person anymore,” this one’s for you.

We’ll talk about how eating disorders shrink your world without you even noticing at first. How they become your identity. And most importantly, what starts to come back when you choose recovery. Because it’s not just weight that’s restored. It’s energy. Curiosity. Freedom. You.

    In this episode, we cover:

    • The subtle ways an eating disorder takes over your identity
    • Why recovery can feel unfamiliar at first (and why that’s normal)
    • What begins to return as you nourish your body and your life

Recovery isn’t just about food. It’s about getting your full self back. And maybe even meeting a version of you that feels stronger, softer, and more alive than before.
