Raising Awareness on a Difficult Problem

Last episode I spoke about mental health and suicide amongst the people that seem to be the happiest. This episode, the first of 2023, I'm happy to be joined by my friend Kyrsten Pringle who volunteered her time at a suicide prevention center. We talk about what goes into that process, how she took care of herself through it all and what lessons she took with her.
