  • REINVENTED with Former Palm Beach Prosecutor Dave Aronberg
    Mar 26 2026

I made a rule when I started REINVENTED with Jen Eckhart: no politicians, no lawyers… no perfectly polished soundbites.

Well—consider this my official plot twist. This week, I’m breaking my own rule in the most ironic way possible with former Florida State Senator and longtime Palm Beach County prosecutor, Dave Aronberg. Yes… I invited both a politician and a lawyer onto the show. But Dave isn’t your typical suit-and-tie story!

We get into it all—his front-row seat to the headlines surrounding Jeffrey Epstein, the realities of justice behind closed doors, and how media narratives can shapeshift faster than your Pilates instructor says “engage your core.” (Yes, we go there too. Because reinvention sometimes starts on the reformer.) From being the youngest member of the Florida Senate to serving as Palm Beach County’s top prosecutor for over a decade, Dave built a career on the front lines of high-stakes justice. Now? He’s flipped the script—reinventing himself yet again as a defense attorney.

Dave was the youngest member of the Florida Senate when he got elected back in 2002. He’s a Harvard Law grad, a White House Fellow, served as Florida’s “Drug Czar” under Pam Bondi (yeah, he crossed party lines like a boss), and then spent over a decade as Palm Beach County’s top prosecutor—tackling the opioid crisis, major criminal justice reforms, and everything in between. Now? He’s reinvented himself again… as a defense attorney in private practice. The guy who used to put people away is now the one you want fighting for you. Talk about a full-circle shapeshift!

And with everything swirling around Jeffrey Epstein, Palm Beach history, and justice in the spotlight right now more than

ever—this conversation couldn’t be more timely (or juicy). But that’s not all. We go way beyond the courtroom: from Pilates to media manipulation, how the news shapes what we see (and what it hides), and how Dave has seamlessly gone from recovering politician to straight-talking truth-teller. If you love raw, unfiltered stories with a side of laughs and zero filter, this episode is for you. Dave brings the sharp mind, the insider stories, and the kind of honesty that makes you lean in. This episode is part courtroom drama, part media deep dive, part existential identity check—with just enough humor to keep us all from filing emotional appeals.

If you’ve ever questioned the stories you’re being told, wondered what really happens behind the headlines, or considered what it takes to completely redefine your identity… this one’s for you. And yes, I survived having a lawyer on the show. Barely.🎙️ Hit play. Things get interesting.

  • REINVENTED with Medal of Honor Recipient Dakota Meyer
    Nov 5 2025

Reinvented with Jen Eckhart Presents: The Medal of Honor Episode That Went Completely Off the Rails! Featuring: Dakota Meyer — U.S. Marine, Medal of Honor Recipient, Girl Dad, and… Male Cheerleader?

After a brief hiatus (during which your host, Jennifer Eckhart — journalist, producer, survivor, and creator of the Reinvented podcast — was out conquering life, one chaotic plot twist at a time), Reinvented returns with a vengeance! And we’re coming in hotter than a Marine in combat boots getting a pedicure! In this unfiltered, laugh-out-loud, and downright legendary episode, Jen sits down with Medal of Honor recipient and U.S. Marine Dakota Meyer — a New York Times bestselling author, veteran advocate, firefighter, girl dad, and all-around American badass.

You think you’re tuning in for a serious military podcast interview about courage and sacrifice — but somehow, within minutes, it spirals into:

    • Jen showing up in full BDUs “to impress” Dakota
    • A Marine defending his right to pedicures with his daughters
    • An awkward dive into Dakota’s dating life (“It’s long gone, Jen. I re-enlisted.”)
    • An unplanned mention about Charlie Sheen
    • A surprise FaceTime from former Navy SEAL Rob O’Neill (yes, that Rob O’Neill — the man who killed Osama bin Laden)
    • A legitimate question about whether Jen could “take out a terrorist with her stiletto heel”

Between the chaos and comedy, Dakota opens up about healing from PTSD, purpose, fatherhood, the legacy of Charlie Kirk, military reinvention, and mental health, proving that true resilience means knowing when to laugh through the pain — and when to suit up and serve again. This episode has it all: heart, humor, heroism, and hard truths about what it really means to fight for something bigger than yourself. It’s a powerful and hilarious reminder that reinvention isn’t always polished — sometimes, it’s pure chaos.

So strap in, hit play, and prepare for the funniest, most fearless, and most inspiring episode of Reinvented yet.
