  • As I was watching one of my favorite Youtube channels one evening, I noticed something: we are all completely tethered to our cell phones. Now I get this is not some huge revelation, but it was just eye opening to me as I started to take notice around my own life how much people are stuck with their noses in their phones instead of engaging with people around them. I made a promise to myself I would stop doing this, and bought one thing that has helped me be more engaged with those around me. Watch the video to find out what it was!
