Decent! DECENT! Woop!
Hey. I loved the premortem. I've used this for years in a lot of my personal projects because, hey, it's pretty much common sense! I didn't have a word for it. Just "planning ahead". I'm surprised when I try to account for snags at work when planning with others, and how averse they are to thinking about how things may fail. They always take the we'll-cross-that-bridge approach even when faced with legitimate concerns. I've gotten good at making things known ahead of time so when we do hit critical snags, they remember. Maybe it's why I feel like such an imposter when collaborating. I don't sip the kool aid or go with the flow. Oh well. Life is too short. Great book. Keep up the good work!
