    Rotaract Club of Ingenious Minds presents the 12th episode of Project Vaani, delving into the everyday realities of internalised misogyny, how it perpetuates inequality and biases in the subconscious mind. The episode features Dr Bindu Selot, author, counselor and teacher-trainer.


    The episode explores how internalised misogyny teaches women to compete, stay silent, and suppress their anger—often at the cost of genuine sisterhood.


    Dr Selot shares her insights on unpacking the emotional cost of being "the good girl," the stigma around female anger, and how shared safe spaces can help women unlearn emotional repression. She talks about the role of social conditioning in creating such oppressive subconscious mindsets.
