This meditation is designed to be used for general relaxation. Great for napping, reducing stress, and general well being. You will be relaxing every part of your body as you go into a very relaxing state, both physically and mentally. Put on your headphones and drift into a state of deep relaxation that you truly deserve. Headphones, although not necessary, will give you the best listening experience. Do not, under any circumstances, listen to any of these meditations while driving or operating machinery or equipment of any kind. Find a quiet place that is free from distractions. Listen while in a sitting or reclining position.
