Prakriti part 1

Vata pitta kapha make human prakriti. The three elements add in various ratios to form a prakriti which varies from individual to individual. In this series we will take into details all the three elements and understand in depth its role in shaping our physical, mental and spiritual characters. It is very essential to understand the tripod of life n how we are similar to universe.
