This podcast on Michael Welsh, Filmmaker truly inspired me. He took an unhappy event and turned it into an inspirational story for other up and coming filmmaker. His film, "The Millennial Condition", tells the story of how self-love is paramount before a loving relationship is possible.

Welsh accomplished a successful film in several ways: He learned to not micro-manage his staff and trusted decisions of people working on the film. Welsh was confident in the vision of his project and that in itself shows growth and self-love. He didn't have a need to control every decision by delegating to others.

"The Millennial Condition" is a film that should be watched by all filmmakers. It gives a sense of hope and accomplishment that's so important to successful filmmaking.
