For all of you ladies dealing with hormonal changes or just life changes around 35-45, this podcast is FABULOUS! It is packed with information that is easy to understand and broken up into bite sized pieces. I am 48 and have been dealing with peri meno issues for a few years now. This definitely gives clarity for anyone who has some experience with the symptoms or new to them. This phase of life was NEVER discussed and I stumbled across minimal info a few years back. I've been to my doctor (gyno and regular doctor) and both have confirmed that this is the phase I am in. Love the podcast. Definitely find yourself a meno specialist if you are going thru any of these symptoms.

Packed with great info
