His status in the game allows Kweli to call on so many legends of hip hop past and present. His quick wit and ear for a good story means an hour (or more) with one guest goes by in a flash. If you’re interested in how a culture is born and develops, this is audio gold. That he’s doing this while maintaining a vibrant and prolific career as an MC is mind boggling. dude’s catalog of quality contributions to this art form continue to grow. Thank you. And Respect.

As a person who has grown up immersed in hip hop culture, its is unbelievably great to hear these interviews of many of my favorite artists and even the ones I didnt like. Kweli's way if going about the conversations works perfectly. The DMX one is my favorite.

GREAT!!

Kweli doe not participate in lazy journalism. He is focused and researches his interviewee. It’s more of a discussion than an interview and he always puts the guests at ease. I may not be a fan of every guest, I enjoy the conversations regardless. Salute to Talib mastering another craft.

Fantastic Journalism
