    I know it has been quite some time since the last episode but that is going to be the last time that I am saying this... lol

    this episode is all about setting intentions with yourself and reaching those goals by attaining action in your everyday life. I know the episode is shorter than usual, but I just wanted to give a little bit of encouragement and advice to get sh*t done:)
