E'lan School Warrior

I have to say BRAVO!!!!! You nailed it!!!
You had me laughing and a few time's even a bit choked up.
I was in E'lan from 1977-1981 I was in the LOCKED HOUSE aka E'lan 4 aka(PARSONSFIELD)
It was only opened for 6 years it was closed due to a RIOT.
You knew so much about the school and Joe. I KNEW there was something up with that guy.He sure was power hungry that's for sure. In the mid 70s he was a WACKADO walking around with a long fur coat and big cowboy looking hat. He reminded me of a white HUGGY BEAR from Starsky and Hutch. The 70s was by far the worst of times in E'lan FOR SURE. The RING was a everyday thing. Although I wasn't SNATCHED to go up there I was put on Joe's plane to go to E'lan. I never had any real interaction with Joe Ricci other then a ALL HOUSE GENERAL MEETING....the MICHAEL SKAKEL GENERAL MEETING.
You enlighten me on so much and I have a better understanding of the operation of things.
You see E'lan 4 was cut off from the other houses. We had it a Biiiiiit harder then the OPENED houses. We NEVER knew what was going on in the OUTSIDE WORLD.
Alot of us were AWARDS of the state and or committed a ADULT CRIME.
You got everything right with the exception...being SIDEWAYS...E'lan meaning...NOT COMING RIGHT OUT AND SAYING SOMETHING....BEATING AROUND THE BUSH...ACTING IN A MANIPULATIVE MATTER.
E'lan never broke me but I do live that fucking place in my everyday life.
Again GREAT JOB I really enjoyed it very much.
