Ownership Over Excuses

The world around us makes it incredibly easy to target the blame elsewhere as to why didn't get something accomplished, or why something might have gone wrong.  It is way to easy to get caught up in the victim mentality vs. facing yourself and really evaluating why or what you did or didn't do to create that specific outcome.  This is a quick episode to breakdown how I have applied ownership to my own life and also teach our kids ownership and what the benefits of this approach have done for us.
