This podcast is dedicated to obstacle racing and associated disciplines, and especially to the vibrant community that surrounds them. We explore the experiences and perspective of coaches, athletes, organizers and enthusiasts to gain a better understanding of what makes the OCR community so unique and inspiring.


Join us as we present important actors of the Southeast Asia OCR community, and share their stories of triumph and their perseverance in difficulties. In addition to the physical challenge, obstacle races and cross fit events are a place where people come together to support one another to build lasting friendships. We'll explore the various community-oriented initiatives that are driving change in the sports, and hear from those who are leading the charge.
