In 1962, an official document signed by the Secretary of Defense and the Joint Chiefs of Staff found its way onto the desk of President John F. Kennedy, proposing the most audacious plans to justify an attack on Cuba. It was one of the most sinister moments in U.S. History... one you've probably never heard of.
