In this episode I want to explore the embodiment of soul connection and its potential for transformation in our lives.

When we cross paths with someone who aligns with us on a deep soul level there is an instant recognition. A "meant to be” feeling that draws out the parts of self that go beyond surface level. Sometimes we call this the meeting of “soul mates” or meeting “soul tribe” these connections go beyond surface-level attraction or shared interests; they are profound, deeply intuitive, and transformative.

Healing is a journey rather than a destination. All of our relationships show us how far we are on this journey. When you heal enough to realise that your happiness and how you experience life is actually coming from within, rather than externally, it is much easier to identify who and what is good for you.

In this episode I share with you some practices that will allow you to connect in with your inner compass and use this to help you understand when something is helpful or harmful. Often our minds can override our bodies when in comes to situations that are perhaps not serving you, tuning into the body and learning how to work with the energy center of the solar plexus and trusting your 'gut feeling' opens the door to stronger boundaries, personal power, grow and trust in your intuition.
