  • 102. Is Going From One to Two Kids Easier Than Zero to One?
    Feb 1 2026

What really changes after your second baby?

In this episode, I'm sharing an honest look at the transition from one child to two - what surprised me, what felt easier, what felt harder, and what I'm doing differently this time around.

My girls are almost 1 and almost 3, and while I feel like we're (maybe?) finding a rhythm, the shift from one to two kids has rocked our world. I went into it hoping 1–2 would be easier than 0–1, and today I'm reflecting on where I actually landed.

I'm answering your questions and sharing my personal experience caring for a newborn and toddler as a full time SAHM. Here's what we'll get into:

    • Managing the demands of a two little kids simultaneously
    • How love expands (and looks different) with each child
    • What changed the second time around? Cloth diapering, cosleeping, weaning
    • What stayed the same as I became a mom of two?
    • Early homeschool thoughts
    • Navigating sibling dynamics and boundaries
    • Marriage & intimacy in the postpartum period

Motherhood keeps teaching me that I *can* adapt, expand, and meet each new challenge as it comes - one season at a time.

I'd love to hear from you. What shifted for you as your family grew? What did you keep and what did you let go of?

If this episode resonated, please share it with a friend, leave a review, or send me a message. It means so much!

  • 101. Postpartum Support: Tips for Emotional Health & Winter Slowdown
    Dec 23 2025

Lately I've been experiencing an emotional & mental dip postpartum. Maybe it's the hormones, maybe it's winter fully arriving, maybe it's just the reality of the season I'm in - but it's been hard.

I've noticed more irritability, feeling overwhelmed, being quick to anger, and those quiet thoughts that whisper "you're not doing enough" or "you're a bad mom."

In this short episode, I'm sharing a few simple things that are genuinely supporting my nervous system and mood right now. Nothing flashy. Nothing "fixing" me. Just small anchors that are helping me feel more grounded and resourced as a busy mom of two.

    ✨I'll talk about:

    • Realistic self care
    • What changed when I deleted Netflix
    • Why embracing a more minimal lifestyle has helped calm my mind
    • The importance of sisterhood and staying connected with friends
    • Using a simple chore chart to make my home feel lighter and more manageable
    • Creating intentional tech-free time
    • Making a vision board for the new year as a gentle, intentional practice (and why I'm anti-new years resolutions)
    • And how I'm learning to honor the slow down that winter invites

If you're postpartum, in a tender emotional season, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the pace of life, this episode is a reminder that you're not broken and you're not alone.

Take what resonates. Leave the rest. 🤍

Our Family's Approach to Less Processed, More Purposeful Food

Feeding little ones doesn't have to mean pouches, panic, or pinterest-perfect snacks. In this episode, I'm breaking down how we approach food in our home from baby-led weaning to healthy toddler snacks, and how I keep it (mostly) simple, real, and from scratch.

    We'll talk about:

    • Where to start with BLW
    • What foods to avoid feeding your littles (and the best "snacky" alternatives)
    • Making from scratch cooking easier
    • Sourdough tips for newbies
    • Solo cooking vs including your kids
    • Are seed oils actually that bad?
    • And my meal planning rhythm for a family of four

This episode is a little bit food philosophy, a little bit practical tips, and a whole lot of encouragement to embrace the role of NOURISHER of your family.
