Narc Cycles

This episode is just a touch up about narcissistic abuse cycles. Sometimes we sont catch that we are in a crazy cycle repeating toxic and damaging behaviors and taking away from who we are, what we are and where we can go. Stopping these abusive cycles is the first hardest step before healing.
