    Dr. Vilasini Sameer Choudhary, a passionate Ayurvedic practitioner, chose BAMS over MBBS or BDS in 2002. She specializes in Agnikarma, Viddhakarma, and Panchakarma, excelling in holistic treatments. Driven by a love for Ayurveda, she creates products like Chyavanprash and Ubatan, aiming to commercialize them.


    With a B.A.M.S. from Mumbai and postgraduate training in Panchakarma, she is also a Sanskrit teacher and author of the Ayurveda Blog, Swasthayu. In her 14 years of practice, she's treated various conditions, including COVID-19 patients, emphasizing mental well-being.


    Dr. Choudhary contributes to Ayurvedic literature, engages with the community, and actively participates in extracurricular activities, showcasing her well-rounded personality.

    Makarand is a passionate naturalist and trekker with 22 years of experience in the outdoors and wildlife studies. Parallel to his corporate career, he is also associated with InSearch Outdoors, a nature education and travel company operating in Pune since 2001.


    He is a founder trustee of INHER (Institute of Natural History Education and Research), Pune, and a founder member of Insearch Environmental Solutions. He is a field researcher interested in the behavioral science of animals. He has co-authored multiple research papers on scorpions. Additionally, he is a writer and has contributed many articles on wildlife and nature to various renowned Marathi magazines and newspapers, including Sakal, Lokmat, Samana, and many others.


    He has given interviews on Akashwani, FM, and popular Marathi news channels. He has conducted hundreds of audio-visual nature awareness programs for students, nature enthusiasts, forest officials, and corporate audiences on subjects such as plants, insects, reptiles, birds, mammals, etc. He also actively participates in social work.


    His contributions include providing educational materials to hundreds of students in rural areas, bicycle donation programs, renovating school infrastructures through crowdfunding, and similar activities.
