    On a September afternoon in 2000, an FBI forensics analyst stood in her lab in Quantico, Virginia, staring into a microscope in confusion. She was looking at two strands of hair that were evidence in a murder investigation. And something wasn’t right. She checked the label on the evidence bag the sample came from, then looked back into the microscope. She definitely wasn’t imagining it. The label was wrong, which meant that the detective who had packaged the hairs and sent them over for analysis – had not understood what he was looking at. And this wasn’t a small mistake. Because if the analyst was right about what the hairs really were – then the whole investigation she was working on was about to change.

I have been listening to you on YouTube for a while now (recently subscribed here on Audible) and I’m yet to be disappointed in your content (not that I’m one of THOSE people lol). You are an amazing storyteller and I appreciate all of the effort you put into your work! You’ve helped me through many sleepless nights (although the spooky, twisted stories you tell may be the issue ;).

MrBallen is the best storyteller I've come across. I've started at his YouTube channel and of course had to follow to his podcasts. I listen at work and it keeps me focused. My new favorite days are Monday and Thursday and of course whatever days he uploads to his YouTube channel. I am such a huge fan and I hope he enjoys enough to continue. I love my strange, dark, and mysterious stories :)

I RECENTLY DISCOVERED MR BALLEN'S UTUBE CHANNEL, AND I CAN'T GET ENOUGH. IT'S SERIOUSLY ADDITIVE AND DISTURBING AF! I STOP WHEN THE SUN GOES DON'T BECAUSE THERE'S SOME REALLY CREEPY CONTANT TOO, NO MATTER WHAT THE STORY IS ABOUT, MR BALLEN LEAVES YOU FEELING HAUNTED BY THE END. THAT'S JUST NATURAL TALENT.

I CAN'T IMAGINE ANYONE LISTENING TO THE PODCAST OR WATCHING THE UTUBE CHANNEL JUST ONCE AND NOT GETTING INSTANTLY ADDICTED.
