Mom asks for DNA test so she won’t have to pay child support

This child support hearing presided by Judge Maurice Aguilar in Dallas, Texas. Mom and Dad used to live together. Mom decided to end the relationship and kick Dad out of the apartment. Dad left and took the child with him. Dad raised a child up till 14 years old. Dad needed some help and so he applied for government assistance. Mom was required to pay child support. When Mom heard that, Mom decided to ask for a DNA test because now she doesn’t believe the man that’s been raising their child for 14 years is not the biological father. As you will see, the court denied the whole request, put her on child support, and gave Dad full custody.
