I will need to read more on this. As a woman who has experienced male harassment, bias, discrimination, unwanted sexual advances and just plain belittling and indifference, i think we have come to expect it. this doesn't make it right but it does explain a woman's blind spot when it presents itself. i always see it when directed at others but never myself. i strive to do better.
