    ２週間前、真夜中に隣の家族が喧嘩を始めました。子供が「パパやめて」と泣き叫ぶ声。それで、児童相談所に通報した話です。これが正しかったのかわかりませんし、本当に虐待が行われていたかわかりません。ただ、もし日本に住んでいるあなたが虐待の現場を目撃したら189に電話してください。

    Two weeks ago, in the middle of the night, my neighbors started arguing.
    I heard a child crying and screaming, “Dad, stop.”

    So I called Child Services.

    I still don’t know if what I did was right, and I don’t know if abuse was actually happening.
    But if you live in Japan and witness a situation that might be abuse, please call 189.
