  • 234: Spiritually Awakening to Humanity
    Mar 25 2026

In this episode, I'm diving into something that's been sitting heavy on my heart, what it really means to experience a spiritual awakening in today's world, and how we begin to see humanity differently when we do.

After a recent healing session, I had a moment of clarity that shifted how I view language, culture, religion, and identity. What if these things were never meant to divide us… but to push us toward deeper awareness, connection, and love?

In this conversation, I walk you through:

    - How our differences are tied to spirituality and growth, not separation

    - The role of ego, fear, and judgment in blocking true connection

    - Why emotional regulation is key in navigating a divided world

    - How to move toward emotional wellness instead of reacting from triggers

    - What self improvement really looks like when it comes to loving people who are different from you

This episode is a reflection on where we are as a society, but also a personal invitation to pause, look inward, and ask yourself how you're showing up in the world.

Because real spiritual awakening isn't about avoiding discomfort… It's about learning how to move through it with awareness, compassion, and intention.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed by division, triggered by what you're seeing online or in real life, or just questioning things on a deeper level, this episode is for you.

    Mar 18 2026

In this episode, I'm diving into a powerful healing modality that has completely transformed the way I approach self improvement, emotional wellness, and spirituality, MAP (Make Anything Possible) healing.

After nearly 20 years in energy work, I didn't expect to discover something that would shift my perspective this much. What started as a simple workshop turned into a deeper understanding of how our subconscious mind stores trauma, shapes our behaviors, and even influences our ability to regulate emotions.

If you've been on a journey of spiritual awakening, or you're actively working on your emotional regulation and personal growth, this episode will give you a fresh and eye-opening perspective.

    Here's what we explore:

    - What MAP healing is and how it works with your subconscious and higher self

    - How past experiences, even small ones, can impact your emotional patterns and daily life

    - Why healing doesn't have to mean reliving painful memories

    - How this work supports emotional regulation and helps reduce triggers in real time

    - Real-life examples of breakthroughs in areas like money blocks, overwhelm, and self-sabotage

    - How this modality supports deeper self improvement and long-term emotional wellness

    - Simple ways to start applying these tools in your everyday life

One of the most fascinating parts of this conversation is how this work blends spirituality with practical, real-life results. You're not just talking about healing, you're actually experiencing it in your body, in your thoughts, and in how you respond to life.

Whether you're just beginning your journey or already deep into your path of spiritual awakening, this episode will help you understand how to release what's been holding you back and step into a more grounded, empowered version of yourself.

  • 230: Religion & The Person
    Feb 17 2026

In this episode, I'm opening a conversation that feels uncomfortable, necessary, and long overdue. I'm talking about the difference between religion as a label and the actual behavior of the person claiming it, and why what we do matters more than what we call ourselves.

We live in a time where identity is wrapped in religion, politics, and belief systems. But I want to ask a harder question: if our actions don't match our values, what does the label even mean?

    Inside this episode, I explore:

    - The gap between religious identity and real-life behavior
    - Why calling yourself moral doesn't automatically make your actions moral
    - How faith, politics, and power are colliding in modern culture
    - The danger of judging people by labels instead of actions
    - My personal reflections on Christianity, alignment, and belief
    - Why behavior reveals truth faster than words ever will
    - A call to wake up and start questioning what we accept at face value

This is a raw conversation about religion, personal responsibility, integrity, and how we define who we are. I'm not asking you to agree with me, I'm asking you to think deeper about belief, behavior, and the world we're actively creating.

If you've ever questioned how religion intersects with identity, morality, and modern society, this episode is for you.

  • 229: The GREAT Awakening
    Feb 10 2026

In this intense and deeply personal episode, I'm talking about what I believe is the GREAT Awakening, the moment we're living in where truth, power, politics, and collective consciousness are colliding in a way none of us can ignore anymore. Every day feels surreal. Every headline feels heavier. And whether you want to look or not, something inside you knows we are being pushed to wake up.

This is not a neat, polished conversation. It's raw. It's emotional. It's uncomfortable. And it asks the question so many people are afraid to say out loud: What happens when you realize the system you trusted might never have been built for you?

    In this episode, I explore:

➡️ Why the political divide may be the greatest distraction of our lifetime, and how it keeps us fighting each other instead of seeing the bigger picture

➡️ The emotional toll of feeling powerless in a system that feels rigged, and what that hopelessness is trying to teach us

➡️ How ego attachment to political identity blinds us to truth, accountability, and shared humanity

➡️ The history of oppression, racism, and power… and why feeling uncomfortable might actually be part of waking up

➡️ The danger of idolizing leaders, celebrities, or movements instead of examining track records and patterns

➡️ What it means to recognize programming, propaganda, and manipulation in modern media and government

This episode is about collective awakening, political awareness, social consciousness, and the spiritual shock of realizing the world is not what we were told it was. It's about stepping out of distraction and into awareness. It's about choosing truth over tribal loyalty. And it's about remembering that awakening is messy, emotional, and necessary.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed by politics, world events, government distrust, media narratives, or the sense that something bigger is happening beneath the surface, this conversation is for you.

  • 228: No Contact? Blame Frequency!
    Feb 3 2026

In this episode, I'm talking about something a lot of families are quietly living through right now: going no contact. I'm diving into why it happens, why it hurts, and why it's often less about one big moment and more about frequency, the way we grow, change, and emotionally outpace the patterns we were raised in.

This isn't about blaming parents. It isn't about blaming kids. It's about understanding what happens when judgment replaces listening, when boundaries aren't respected, and when healing gets postponed for years. If you've ever felt exhausted around your family, or confused about why connection suddenly feels heavy, this conversation is for you.

In this episode, I walk through:

    - Why going no contact with parents or adult children is often emotional survival, not cruelty

    - How parental judgment, even when it's "loving", erodes trust over time

    - The difference between venting and asking for advice (and the question that can save your relationship)

    - Why letting your kids fail is a powerful teacher, not bad parenting

    - How unhealed childhood triggers follow you into adulthood, marriage, and work

    - What I mean by frequency and how it explains parent-child disconnect

    - How emotional healing is the only real bridge back to connection

    - Why no contact without inner work doesn't actually free you

I'm speaking directly to anyone navigating family estrangement, parent-child conflict, adult children setting boundaries, or the emotional weight of unresolved childhood patterns. Whether you're the parent, the adult child, or both, this episode is about clarity, compassion, and personal responsibility.

    If you've ever thought:

Why does being around my family feel so draining?
Why don't they understand who I am now?
How do I love them without losing myself?

    This episode for you.

  • 227: Your Are The Collective
    Jan 27 2026

In this episode, I'm talking about something I believe we're all feeling right now, whether we want to admit it or not, the collective. That sense that something is off in the world, even when your personal life might look fine on the outside. We are energy. We're affected by what's happening around us. And there's no opting out of that.

I dive into why the heaviness, fear, anger, and confusion so many of us are experiencing isn't random. It's collective energy. And the real question becomes: what do we do with it? How do we stay grounded, human, and empowered when fear is being pushed so hard in the world?

In this conversation, I share my perspective on what's unfolding right now and why continuing on as if nothing is happening no longer works, personally or collectively. We're shedding old systems, old tolerances, and old ways of living, and that process is uncomfortable. But discomfort shows us where we no longer belong.

    I also talk about:

    - Why we can't escape collective consciousness, even if we try to ignore it

    - How fear is being used as a tool, and why it only works if we participate in it

    - The difference between reacting from anger and acting from awareness

    - Why traditional protests aren't enough, and what actually creates impact

    - What you can do if you don't feel safe being loud, visible, or confrontational

    - A heart-centered practice you can do anywhere to shift your energy and send love into the collective

    - Why allowing injustice for one group eventually becomes injustice for all

This episode touches on spiritual consciousness, energy, community, personal responsibility, and the power of love over fear, grounded in real events and real emotions. It's not polished or comfortable, but it's honest.

If you've been feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where you fit in everything that's happening, this episode is for you.
