  • 398. Why More Content Isn’t Helping Your Business Growth
    Apr 13 2026

What if the thing you reckon you need right now… isn’t actually what’s going to move you forward?

I’ve been out for a few walks, giving myself some proper thinking space, and I’ve landed on something that’s shifted how I see the podcast… and how I support you.

In this episode, I share what clicked for me and how stepping away gave me a completely different perspective. I chat about why more content isn’t always the answer, and the question you probably haven’t actually stopped to ask yourself yet. And I walk you through the shift I’m making, including how the Strategy Lab is going to play a much bigger role in helping you actually put things into practice.

Have a listen and see what lands for you. And if you’re ready to actually put this into practice, drop me an email or come and check out the Strategy Lab.

  • 397. Practitioner Burnout and Identity: How to Stop Over-Identifying With Your Work
    Apr 6 2026

Recent hikes with my sisters have had me thinking. There's something about getting out on the trails together that strips everything back, and the questions that come up on those walks have been less about business and more about who I actually am outside of it.

In this episode I'm unpacking something that doesn't get talked about enough in practice circles: what it actually costs you when your job title becomes your whole personality. And what becomes possible when you finally start reclaiming space for the person behind the practitioner.

This one's worth a listen. Go on, hit play.

Ready to build a practice that actually fits your life? The Monday Clinical Group and one-to-one mentoring are open. Let's work it out together.

  • 396. Am I Doing Too Much? Finding a Sustainable Pace in Business
    Mar 30 2026

After a recent hike and some time away, it got me thinking about how easy it is to slip into doing too much, going too fast, and not really pacing things properly.

The tricky part is it doesn’t always stand out straight away. It tends to show up in small ways, like overthinking decisions, feeling a bit off in sessions, or just not being as present as you’d like to be.

In this episode, I talk through how that shows up in practice, and how easy it is to just keep pushing without really noticing what it’s doing in the background.

It’s really just a bit of a reminder to slow things down and pay attention to what’s actually going to work long term.

If this resonated, make sure you follow the podcast and leave a quick review. It helps more people find it.

Come join the Monday Group for good conversation, connection and real support from other practitioners.
