In this podcast Alice, Clinical Director of Crossroads Psychology, explores how you can use

scientifically proven psychological techniques to improve your life.

From challenging unhelpful thoughts your mind is giving you, to opening up to the guidance of your emotions;

From identifying your personal values, to taking controlled steps towards your life goals.

From navigating crisis, reducing stress and overwhelm, to busting myths, trends and prejudices..

Everything has already been studied in the field of psychology and specific psychological techniques have been proven to really work for the majority of people.

So why trying blindly, with hit and miss, following self elected gurus?

When everything you need to know is already available for you to learn and use right now thanks to science?

The life you want to live it's one podcast away!

That podcast is: Mental Chats.
