Mask or Not to Mask, I don't know.

We have heard so many different instructions when it comes to if we should wear a mask of not, when should we and most importantly where should we? It's so damn confusing, I no longer get upset when I board a train and 8 to 10 people aren't masked and honestly don't seem to be bothered at all UNTIL someone coughs or sneezes around them.

Here's my own opinion of the very confusing situation here in New York, but I can image its a confusing one all over the country.
