Bubble.io is an incredible platform that allows businesses and entrepreneurs to create almost any fully-featured web or mobile application 5 times cheaper and faster compared to traditional development. In this episode, we are joined by Evan Tate of Brutal Buddha, the premier brand of yoga shorts designed especially for men.  Brutal buddha is growing quickly, and while they don't get very many returns, they want a better way to manage their RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, which is currently completely manual. In part 1, we go through the Brutal Buddha as-is RMA process and document the new system's requirements.
