A certified coach and board-level consultant, Kimberlee has presented across Ontario, sharing her favourite support strategies and best practices for fostering positive workspaces. Specializing in ESL and Drama, she embraces the improvisational "yes, and" approach to education. In 2022, she founded Recess Coaching and Consulting to help educators and administrators rediscover "Recess Joy" through personalized coaching.
