Hunter Greene was dominant, firing seven innings of one-run baseball while striking out 12. The Reds’ offense came through with timely hits, highlighted by Elly De La Cruz’s go-ahead double in the sixth inning. With the win, Cincinnati carries momentum into their final West Coast road trip, which begins Monday night in San Diego against the Padres.

Every day listener. This is a good reds review podcast from informer and well spoken hosts. Only 2 major flaws:
1- their post-game and interviews are nearly incomprehensible, even with $400 headphones.
2-their strong tendency to blow smoke and rainbows up listeners’ rear-ends. Lose another series after the bullpen gives up 8 runs or 3 straight walks? They’ll cherry pick some obscure statistics that make the bullpen sound good. I don’t enjoy listening to overly negative podcasts either, and would prefer they be slightly on the sunny side, but here they sometimes border on delusional.
