    The Essence of Yoga Nidra

    Known as the "sleep of the sages," Yoga Nidra is a meditative path between wakefulness and dreaming. It's a practice of conscious relaxation that allows the physical body to rest completely while the inner awareness remains connected. By entering this state, we gently release samskaras (stored tensions) and return the nervous system to its natural state of flow.

    What You'll Experience

    During this 18-minute offering, we'll move through:

    • A Gentle Scan the Body: A systematic journey of relaxation to ground your energy.

    • Align the Chakras: Subtle visualisations to balance the seven energy centers, inviting a free flow of prana — life force.

    • Yoga Nidra, Prepare for Sleep: A transition from the noise of the day into the silence of your true nature.

    Honouring Your Practice

    Prepare your space with intention. Find a quiet, peaceful environment and lie in Shavasana (relaxation pose on your back). Support your body with a light blanket or cushions to ensure total comfort, as the body cools when it enters deep stillness. There is no effort required; simply let the breath flow naturally and allow my voice to be your anchor.
