  • Prayer Begins with God
    Apr 12 2026
Why does almost everyone pray at some point — even if they’re not sure who they’re praying to?

In this opening message of our 4-week series “When You Pray”, we explore the built-in human longing to reach out to God, why prayer often feels difficult in our busy and distracted world, and how Jesus invites us to talk to our heavenly Father — honestly, like children.

We look at what prayer actually is, why it begins with God (not our shopping list), and how the Holy Spirit helps us cry “Abba, Father.” Whether you’re a seasoned pray-er or someone who finds it really hard, this series is for you.

If prayer feels unnatural or you want to grow in your relationship with God, hit play and be encouraged. Prayer isn’t a duty — it’s the joy of talking with your loving Father.

🙏 Want to pray more naturally? Open your Bible this week and start talking back to God.

  • The True Vine: Remain in Jesus & Bear Lasting Fruit
    Mar 29 2026
In this powerful message on Jesus’ final “I AM” statement, we explore John 15 where Jesus declares, “I am the true vine, and my Father is the gardener.”
Using the story of a neglected backyard lemon tree that only began to flourish when it received consistent care, we see a picture of our own spiritual lives. Just as the tree couldn’t bear fruit on its own, Jesus says clearly: “Apart from me you can do nothing.”
We contrast Israel — God’s vineyard that produced only bad fruit (Isaiah 5) — with Jesus, the True Vine who perfectly fulfils what Israel could not. As branches grafted into Him, we are called to bear lasting fruit: lives that shine as a light to the nations and advance God’s mission.

Discover the practical keys to fruitfulness:
    - Remaining in Jesus and obeying His word
    - Praying bold, mission-shaped prayers
    - Loving sacrificially as Jesus loved us

You’ll also be encouraged by the loving work of the Gardener who prunes us — through His Word, conviction, and even trials — so we can become even more fruitful.

Whether you feel inadequate in your walk with God or are longing for deeper impact, this sermon reminds us that true life and lasting fruit come only from staying connected to Jesus. As we head toward Easter, let this be a season of pruning and renewed dependence on the One who laid down His life for us.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends. (John 15:13)

  • Do Not Let Your Hearts Be Troubled" – Jesus: The Way, The Truth & The Life | John 14
    Mar 22 2026
In this message from John 14, Jesus speaks directly to His fearful disciples on the night before the cross — and to us in our own anxious world.

With wars, rising costs, confusion, and uncertainty all around, Jesus offers these powerful words of comfort:
“Do not let your hearts be troubled. You believe in God; believe also in me.”

He then makes one of the most important statements in the entire Bible:
“I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.”

In this sermon we explore what it really means that Jesus is:
    - The only Way to God and eternal salvation
    - The perfect Truth we can trust in a world of fake news and lies
    - The abundant Life that defeats death and gives us fullness now

Even when a local church closes or the future feels uncertain, Jesus is still King — the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

If you’re feeling troubled, confused, or searching for real hope, this message is for you.
