This week I am sharing with you a life update.

Last week was not a fantastic week for our family, which resulted in me having to pivot and create a different episode than I did have planned.

This week I talk about the loss of our beautiful dog Zoey, Stress Leave, Business and Self Reflection.

I also talk about being a 'fixer', this is a trait of mine that is beneficial but also a hindrance.

I'm in the process of fixing myself and I share with you why.
