Birthdays usually come with baggage. This one didn't… and that surprised me.

In this episode, I'm sharing the very specific thing I did that created a tiny mindset shift and completely changed how I look at birthdays. It started as a joke, stuck in my brain, and somehow turned aging into something that feels lighter and actually kind of fun. I have a feeling this might work for you too.
