Letting go of people.

In this episode I share a personal story of how I released a friend that constantly ran up against everything I stand for and talk about. Releasing people doesn’t have to be ugly or cold, and in my past sometimes I’d be ok with cold endings. When someone doesn’t want to grow with you, evolve, and respect your very reasonable boundaries, they are not for your highest good! Is this adulting??
