I had every single minute of my day scheduled out, and while intentionality is great, what if that's not actually what's keeping you from connecting with God?

I'm sharing my own journey from scheduling every minute to learning what actually creates space for connection with the Lord. Here's what I've discovered: Holy Spirit wants to lead us throughout our day, and Romans 8:26 reminds us that the Spirit intercedes when we don't even know what to pray. That's biblical encouragement right there.

I'm also talking about how shame and guilt actually block our connection with God. That resentment toward ourselves when we miss a day keeps us stuck instead of running to our Father who just wants to connect with us.

When we declare God's word instead of letting resentment or doubt creep into our prayers, everything shifts. This is about biblical encouragement and building unshakeable faith.
