Learning ballroom dancing is about learning patterns and sequence and helps us to accept ourselves and what our bodies are able to do. A waltz is a workout for lower leg muscles and the feet due to its rise and fall movements. Line dancing is very energetic and repetitive and exercises feet and legs.
