Encouraging

Thank you for this episode. It's the first one I've listened to on your podcast, so glad I randomly found it when searching for latina mental health books.
This episode helped me pull out my journal and gave me a whole new reason to write. I am looking forward to seeing how this method of journaling helps my negative self talk.
Thank you for the encouragement!!
The only reason I gave "performance" a 3 star rvw is because I feel like the conversation ended too fast. There was a lot more to five into. loved it.
